Qualifications

• Must understand the TUMI brand and have passion for lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.
• Value collaboration and openness to feedback.
• Retail team requires physical tasks including lifting 30 lb boxes and ladder use.
• Strong sales and client experience, preferably in luxury market.
• Proven success in meeting sales goals and KPIs.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays.
• Integrity and ability to lead by example.
