Qualifications

• Strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
• Experience in a premium retail environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, mornings and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI goals (conversion, DPT, UPT, data capture).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships reflecting the brand ethos.
• Provide world-class service and ensure a superior client experience.
• Assist with visual merchandising and store standards.
• Collaborate with team and adopt feedback to improve performance.
