Job summary

Tumi Holdings Inc is seeking a Holiday Sales Associate to create a premium client experience in our Charlotte store, reflecting the brand ethos and building lasting relationships while driving sales.

The role emphasizes client service, knowledge of luxury, travel, fashion, and lifestyle markets, with opportunities to grow as we work to increase sales, KPI milestones, and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
• Take pride in work and strive for excellence.
