Job summary

Shine is hiring in Cranberry Township for a team-oriented window cleaning role. You’ll drive a Shine vehicle, work with a teammate, and perform the services our clients rely on. Training is provided, and you’ll learn a valuable trade with room for advancement.

Earn up to $27/hour (includes a $5/hour bonus for hanging lights), with bonuses and overtime opportunities. A signing bonus of $1,000 is paid over multiple periods, and vehicles plus gear are supplied.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with people.
• Must have reliable transportation to job sites.
• Able to lift and carry a ladder up to 30 pounds.
• Experience working at heights (roofs) is preferred.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team to plan the day.
• Drive Shine vehicle to client locations with another team member.
• Perform window cleaning and related services per client needs.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Return to the Shine office to recap the day.

Job Summary

• Each day, you’ll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day’s game plan.
• You’ll drive in our Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses (typically with another team member) throughout the day and perform our services specific to that customer’s needs.
• You may meet customers to ensure we’re meeting their expectations on the job that day.
• You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day.
