Job summary

Shine Window Cleaning is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join our field team. You will perform window cleaning services at residential and commercial sites with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

You’ll ride in Shine vehicles, use provided equipment, and work with a supportive team to deliver top quality results. Starting hourly pay ranges from $15 to $18, with opportunities for commissions and bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must like to work with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 50 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be able to work outside.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team to understand the day’s game plan.
• Drive in the Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses and perform services.
• Meet customers to ensure we’re meeting expectations on the job.
• End the day back at the Shine office to recap.

Job Summary
