Job summary

Shine Window Cleaning is seeking energetic individuals for on-site window cleaning across residential and commercial properties. You will drive a Shine vehicle with a teammate to sites and perform services tailored to each client’s needs.

No experience? We train you on the job and help you advance. Signing bonus of $1,000 is paid over multiple pay periods; company gear and equipment are provided, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must like to work with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 30 pounds.
• Must have experience working at heights (roofs).
• Must be able to work outside.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team to understand the day’s game plan.
• Drive in Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses with a teammate and perform services.
• Meet customers to ensure expectations are met on the job.
• End the day back at the Shine office to recap.

• Money -- and opportunity to make more. Earn up to $27/hour which includes $5/hour bonus when hanging lights. Opportunity for bonuses and overtime.
