Job summary

Shine is looking for a proactive window cleaning and pressure washing team member in Morton, IL. You will join a team, drive to customer sites, perform cleaning services, and engage with customers to ensure satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership potential, a strong work ethic, and learning mindset. Base pay ranges 18–22 USD/hour with benefits, paid training, and performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Meet the team each morning to understand the day’s game plan.
• Drive Shine vehicle with a teammate to jobs and perform services.
• Call upcoming customers en route to the job.
• Meet customers before crew begins to ensure expectations are met.
• Complete post-job inspection and review work with customer.
• Process customer payments via mobile payment technology.
• Return to Shine office and prep vehicle for next day.

Job Summary

• Each morning, you’ll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day’s game plan.
• You’ll drive one of our Shine vehicles to various customers’ homes or businesses (typically with another Shine team member) and perform our services.
• You’ll call upcoming customers on your way to the job.
• You’ll meet customers before your crew begins its work to ensure we’re meeting expectations.
• You’ll complete a post-job inspection and meet with the customer to review the work to their satisfaction.
• You’ll accept and process the customer’s payment through our mobile payment technology.
• You’ll end your day back at the Shine office, ensuring your vehicle is clean and ready for the next day’s work.

• Competitive pay and opportunity to make more. Starting base pay between $18-22 per hour with potential for performance-based increases and customer tips (pay may vary for 30-day probation period upon new hire).
