Royal Palms Holiday Lighting is hiring seasonal crew members to install holiday lighting for residential and commercial clients in Fort Lauderdale. You will receive instruction, safety gear, and commercial-grade equipment, with a focus on safe work at heights and teamwork. The role offers weekly pay and a quick hiring process.

Starting pay is $25.00/hour. Work is outdoors, with potential takedown through January–February and a variable schedule.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Looking to make excellent money before the holidays? Our holiday lighting installation business is hiring seasonal crew members to help bring the holiday spirit to our local residential and commercial clients. We provide instruction, safety gear, and commercial-grade equipment. You bring a great work ethic and a commitment to safety.

THIS ROLE IS PERFECT FOR:

• People who've finished a full season of physical outdoor work before (landscaping, roofing, painting, construction, tree trimming, guiding, wildfire crews)
• People comfortable with heights and changing weather
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and as part of a team.

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS (Please read before applying):

• MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH HEIGHTS. You will be on ladders and roofs daily. If you are afraid of heights, this is NOT the job for you
• Ability to work all day outdoors in the heat, and sometimes rain
• Reliable transportation to get to designated job sites every morning.
• Strong physical stamina - ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb repeatedly.
• Dependable, punctual, and a team-first attitude.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely handling and climbing extension ladders (up to 32 feet).
• Walking on residential and commercial roofs to clip and secure holiday lights.
• Measuring, cutting, and custom-fitting commercial-grade light strands.
• Maintaining a professional, respectful attitude while on clients' properties.
• Potential for takedown work through January-February (no set schedule, not guaranteed for all hires)
