Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with approval to drive from TSA's insurance carrier required.
• Experience dealing with people in a customer service or sales role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate placement and operation of kettle locations.
• Maintain relationships with kettle site hosts.
• Recruit, sign up, and schedule volunteer bell ringers and groups.
• Contact volunteers by phone or email to schedule ringing times.
• Contact local businesses to sign them up for kettle sponsorship.
• Send letters to local businesses and organizations for match days and bell ringing.
• Sort kettle money with volunteers and transfer to bank per guidelines.
• Enter daily funds into the SA tracker as directed.
• Maintain accurate records and complete end-of-season paperwork.
• Promote bell ringing opportunities in the community.
• Maintain kettle equipment and keep it clean and inspec ted for damage.
• Send thank-you notes to volunteers and locations post-season.
