Job summary

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pittsburgh West-Green is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service with warm welcomes and efficient check-ins and check-outs.

You will be the face of the hotel, coordinating reservations and guest requests while maintaining a smooth front desk operation. Weekend availability and flexible shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming guest service and smooth check-ins/outs.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team to keep operations flowing.
