Responsibilities

• Support store environment and contribute to sales initiatives during holiday season.
• Collaborate with team to keep store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure proper presentation on selling floor.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and basic loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
