Ideal candidates are 18+, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, and have strong communication and guest service skills. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail sales or guest service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Stock shelves and transfer products from stock room to floor.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures.
