Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Suggest additional items and complete transactions with attentive selling behaviors.
• Maintain store appearance, assist in stock and merchandising, and ensure products are presented well.
• Participate in stock transfers from backroom to floor and keep shelves organized.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to company policies and attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
