Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Seasonal Events Associate in Nebraska to support store events and help run short-term assignments throughout the year. You will assist customers, explain programs, and help maintain a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

The role emphasizes delivering a legendary customer experience, handling transactions, and participating in outdoor skills workshops during seasonal events. Prior retail experience is helpful; HS diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to perform data entry, analyze reports and ledgers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other Associates.

Responsibilities

• Support a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Provide a legendary experience for every customer, every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions by identifying and evaluating customers' needs, making product recommendations.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers, children and customers.
• Assist with the execution of seasonal events.
• Facilitate in-house outdoor skills workshops.
• Participate in store events as scheduled.
• Keep work area clean, neat and safe at all times.
