Job summary

FoundRae is seeking a Seasonal Sales & Operations Assistant at our New York boutique to support the client experience and daily operations during the holiday season. You will help ensure a warm, inviting space, assist with product presentation, wrapping, and client interactions with our luxury standards.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, managing flow, pulling merchandise for viewings, wrapping gifts, and supporting inventory, shipping, and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or client service preferred.
• High level of attention to detail and pride in presentation standards.
• Comfort handling high-value merchandise and following inventory, security and operations procedures.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and follow established processes.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to the FoundRae client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients and manage flow during peak traffic.
• Support hospitality throughout the client visit and assist with product pulls.
• Assist with client appointments, including materials, hospitality and space resets.
• Wrap gifts and support gifting requests with attention to detail.
• Prepare gifting materials and replenish packaging supplies.
• Respond to client inquiries across channels and support remote selling.
