Job summary

Wastequip is seeking a PDI technician to complete final assembly on hoist truck chassis and perform post-assembly inspections in our Winamac, IN facility. You will mount components, test specifications, and complete quality checklists while following written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities include operating power and hand tools, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for long periods in a noisy, dusty environment.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Perform final assembly on hoist truck chassis including mounting components such as fenders, valves, lights, wheels, and torquing lug nuts.
• Conduct PDI inspection by testing specifications and completing quality checklists.
• Cross-train and assist other departments as needed.
