Job summary

Wastequip WRX in Winamac, IN is seeking a Pre-delivery Inspector to complete final assembly tasks on the hoist truck chassis and to perform thorough PDI inspections. The role requires basic math skills and the ability to operate power and hand tools. You may cross-train in other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• Mathematical skills – basic math, tape measure, fractions and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Complete final assembly on the hoist truck chassis (e.g., mounting fenders, valves, lights, wheels) and torquing lug nuts and decals.
• Perform the PDI inspection of the hoist by testing specifications and completing the quality checklist.
• Be able to cross-train and work in other departments if needed.
