Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months related experience; training will cover safety, quality, and efficient production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Assemble hoists and sub-assemblies according to blueprints and specifications.
• Install moving parts, such as shafts and bearings, and test for free movement.
• Perform load tests and ensure proper alignment using gauges and micrometers.
• Operate equipment (e.g., hydraulic press) and transfer parts using overhead cranes.
• Move finished parts to testing stations and complete documentation.
