Twin Peaks is seeking a Heart of House Dishwasher to support kitchen operations by keeping dishes, utensils and HOH areas clean and organized. You will follow uniform standards and sanitation guidelines throughout each shift.

Role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced kitchen. Training on HOH procedures will be provided to ensure consistent quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English and understand prep recipes and line build procedures.

Responsabilités

• Adhering to uniform standards
• Adhering to prep and line build recipes
• Check quality of ingredients
• Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
• Ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation requirements are followed at all times
• Ability to work as a team
• Train using tablets or computer
• Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
