Job summary

Twin Peaks Heart of House is hiring a Line Cook to prepare best in class food and uphold high standards of sanitation and safety.

You will adhere to uniform standards, follow prep recipes and line build procedures, check ingredient quality, and maintain clean stations while ensuring HOH standards. This role requires teamwork and the ability to train using tablets; other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Cook.
• Ability to communicate in English and understand prep recipes.
• Must attend orientation and complete HOH training.

Responsibilities

• Adhering to uniform standards
• Adhering to prep and line build recipes
• Check quality of ingredients
• Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
• Ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation requirements are followed at all times
• Ability to work as a team
• Train using tablets or computer
• Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
