Twin Peaks is hiring for a Heart of House Dishwasher to support our kitchen team in maintaining clean and efficient stations. The role emphasizes following uniform standards, assisting with recipe prep, and ensuring quality and safety in daily kitchen operations.

Ideal candidates will communicate in English, work well in a team, and participate in HOH training programs to meet Twin Peaks’ procedures and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English and understand prep recipes and line build procedures.
• Must be able to work as a team and follow procedures.
• Comfort with training using tablets or computer.

Responsibilities

• Adhering to uniform standards.
• Adhering to prep and line build recipes.
• Check quality of ingredients.
• Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment.
• Ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation requirements are followed at all times.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Train using tablets or computer.
• Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary.
