Job summary

Twin Peaks is seeking a Heart of House Line Cook to prepare highest quality food for guests. You will adhere to uniform standards and recipes, maintain clean stations, and ensure safety and sanitation throughout the shift.

Must have proven Line Cook experience, be able to understand prep recipes in English, and complete HOH training programs prior to shifts. Teamwork and basic tablet/computer use are needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Cook.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Must attend orientation and HOH training as outlined in policies.

Responsibilities

• Adhering to uniform standards
• Adhering to prep and line build recipes
• Check quality of ingredients
• Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
• Ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation requirements are followed at all times
• Ability to work as a team
• Train using tablets or computer
• Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
