Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with 3-5 years experience in the hog industry preferred.
• Experience in agricultural sales is preferred.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Hurley & Associates mission to clients, advocates and consultants.
• Set direction to expand presence in the hog industry.
• Proactively network within the hog industry to promote growth of the program.
• Develop and execute plans to serve more hog producers.
• Provide marketing and risk management services to a client group.
• Build and maintain relationships with hog clients and advocates.
• Mentor and coach team members.
• Identify educational needs of employees, clients and advocates.
