Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO fundamentals, including site architecture, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience briefing or collaborating with writers and content teams to produce search-optimized content.
• Comfort working with analytics platforms to measure and report on performance.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an SEO strategy across the website, including the resources hub, glossary, gear guides, and program pages.
• Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities across hockey training, recovery, and player development topics.
• Perform on-page optimization including title tags, meta descriptions, header structure, and internal linking.
• Partner with content creators to brief, optimize, and refresh articles, guides, and tools for search performance.
• Monitor site health through technical SEO audits, fixing crawlability, indexation, and site speed issues.
• Track and report on organic traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics, adjusting strategy based on performance data.
