Job summary

• Strong understanding of technical SEO fundamentals, including site architecture, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience briefing or collaborating with writers and content teams to produce search-optimized content.
• Comfort working with analytics platforms to measure and report on performance.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

In this role, you'll own the strategy and execution behind our search performance, working closely with content, product, and marketing teams to help hockey athletes and teams find us when they're searching for training resources.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute an SEO strategy across the website, including the resources hub, glossary, gear guides, and program pages
• Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities across hockey training, recovery, and player development topics
• Perform on-page optimization including title tags, meta descriptions, header structure, and internal linking
• Partner with content creators to brief, optimize, and refresh articles, guides, and tools for search performance
• Monitor site health through technical SEO audits, fixing crawlability, indexation, and site speed issues

What we're looking for
