Job summary

Catapult is hiring a Customer Success Specialist (Tactics & Coaching - Soccer) based in the United States to onboard, support, and elevate professional soccer accounts across North America, including MLS, USL, and NWSL. You will bridge tactical data, video analysis workflows, and Hub sharing for organized staff communication.

You’ll collaborate with BDMs to retain clients, expand product adoption, and identify revenue opportunities while addressing service threats beyond routine requests.

Qualifications

3+ years in professional soccer environments as Video/Tactical/Performance specialist.
Excellent public speaking and content creation for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

Design high-value presentations and workshops for clubs, federations, and decision-makers.
Onboard/train clubs on Catapult Video Analysis, Wearables/GPS, and Hub workflows.
Support transitions to Impect/Focus and Catapult video platforms with data-aligned workflows.
Act as a trusted strategic consultant to protect revenue and identify upsell opportunities.
Travel up to 50% across North America delivering on-site trainings and workshops.
Collect structured feedback to influence the tactical software roadmap.
