The Wine Storage Manager will ensure accurate tracking, maintain optimal storage conditions (55°F/13°C), and collaborate with logistics partners. Experience with inventory software and environmental monitoring systems is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of wine warehousing, cellar management, fine wine retail, or upscale hospitality coordination.
• Solid foundational understanding of global wine regions, vintages, proper aging windows, and bottle formats.
• Professional certifications (e.g., WSET Level 2/3, Certified Sommelier) are a major plus.
• Experience with inventory software and environment monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the storage facility and climate controls.
• Maintain accurate inventory, track serial/bin numbers, and ensure precise labeling.
