Job summary

EIMCo is seeking a manufacturing associate in Farley, IA to contribute to product quality and efficiency. The role emphasizes adherence to procedures, documentation, and proactive equipment checks in a busy production environment.

The position requires a willingness to learn the EIMCo process, basic mechanical skills, and the ability to multitask on various projects. Safety gear and standards are mandatory to support reliable operations.

• Accept responsibility for the quality of products/services provided and performs all required checks.
• Maintain required documentation.
• Perform required preventive maintenance checks on equipment, watch and listen for abnormal conditions, and report concerns immediately.
• Maintain assigned work area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to routinely bend and squat

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

A high school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of industrial or manufacturing experience preferred. Formal education or experience may be substituted with training when competency in the position is demonstrated.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This is a safety sensitive position. This work is performed in a manufacturing setting with moderate to high levels of noise due to machinery and equipment processes. This position requires the use of personal protective equipment for safety compliance and may include overtime as deemed necessary by management.
