Job summary

gpac seeks a skilled real estate transactional attorney with HOA/condo experience to join a reputable Maryland firm. This role focuses on real estate transactions and governance work, offering strong training and a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities include preparing, recording and filing HOA/condo organizational documents, easements and maintenance agreements, and reviewing plats and title work for community associations. Maryland bar admission is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of transactional real estate experience with HOAs, condo associations or corporate governance.
• Prepare and record organizational documents related to HOAs/condos (Declaration, Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation, Rules and Regulations).
• Prepare and record easements, maintenance agreements, and similar instruments relating to developments.
• Review plats, plans, title, and due diligence documents to prepare HOA/condo documents.

Responsibilities
