Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 per year
We are actively seeking an experienced Permanent Attorney for our thriving Legal Department. This position is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team while working on a diverse range of real estate and community association matters. The successful candidate will have significant experience in handling real estate transactions, property law, homeowners association (HOA) matters, and condominium law. This role requires a deep understanding of governing documents, bylaws, covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&R), and association law. The candidate should also be well‑versed in foreclosure processes, including judicial foreclosures, and have substantial litigation experience. This role will involve providing legal advice, serving in an advisory capacity, and acting as general and client counsel.
