Forestar Group Inc. is seeking an HOA Manager-FG to oversee Homeowners Associations from inception through turnover within a designated division. You will coordinate third-party management companies, manage bonds, and ensure HOA documents meet legal and project needs.

The role involves working with Acquisitions, Development, and Counsel teams to create budgets and ensure timely turnovers. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• Three to five years of related experience and/or training.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate clearly and present publicly to groups.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Acquisition Team and Region HOA Manager during due diligence to obtain project guidelines and issues.
• Obtain due diligence documents such as site plans to help structure HOA documents.
• Visit project sites to visualize HOA documents’ long-term impact on projects.
• Determine the best HOA structure based on product, community amenities and functions.
• Assist outside counsel to draft HOA documents addressing compliance and boundary issues.
