Job summary

Action Property Management seeks a General Manager to oversee daily operations of premier residential communities in California. You will lead on-site teams, drive client satisfaction, and ensure service excellence aligned with our values.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting oversight, and effective stakeholder engagement with homeowners and Board members. Evening Board meetings may be required, with opportunities for career growth within a national HOA leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of property management experience.
• HOA high rise experience.
• CMCA certification or the ability to obtain within first 6 months.
• Ability to attend evening Board meetings as needed.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop on-site staff to foster a high-performing environment.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and performance standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Board, homeowners, and Action Property Management.
• Attend Board meetings and present strategic recommendations.
• Oversee daily operations to maintain property quality, safety, and service.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and monitor financial performance.
