The candidate will prepare pleadings and notices, coordinate with third parties, ensure SC procedural compliance, and maintain meticulous file documentation and case tracking. E-filing and courtroom filings are essential daily duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of foreclosure experience (South Carolina experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of foreclosure timelines and procedures.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage foreclosure files from referral through sale and post-sale processes.
