Qualifications

• 3–5 years paralegal experience, preferably in foreclosure, real estate, or creditor rights.
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program strongly preferred; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience considered.
• Strong working knowledge of foreclosure processes, court rules, e‑filing systems, and document recording procedures.
• Proficiency in legal software, Microsoft Office Suite, and PDF tools (Adobe Acrobat).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities; proven capability to manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage client, court, and opposing counsel correspondence (emails, letters, calls).
• Schedule hearings, depositions, and court events; maintain calendars for attorneys.
• Prepare, file, and record motions, orders, discovery, pleadings, and affidavits.
• Conduct weekly file reviews with attorneys to assess status and deadlines.
• Monitor case progress to meet all court-imposed and client deadlines.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical case files; support e-filing.
• Identify billable tasks and assist with attorney billing in line with guidelines.
• Perform additional administrative paralegal duties as needed.
