Job summary

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
• At least 3 years of community association law experience.
• Strong legal knowledge and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, interpret, and enforce governing documents and statutes.
• Enforce covenants, rules, and resolve disputes.
• Advise association Boards on governance and insurance issues.
• Attend association meetings and advise on elections.
• Manage a caseload independently with organized files.
• Assist in litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
• Pursue delinquent assessment collections.
• Review vendor contracts.
• Stay updated on Florida HOA law developments.
