Duties
  • Draft, interpret, and enforce governing documents and relevant statutes.
  • Handle covenant/rule enforcement and dispute resolution.
  • Collaborate with association Boards to ensure legal compliance.
  • Provide guidance on corporate governance, developer turnover, and insurance issues.
  • Attend and advise at association meetings.
  • Oversee board member elections and statutory compliance.
  • Prepare and review legal documents and opinions.
  • Review and negotiate vendor contracts.
  • Assist in litigation, arbitration, and mediation representation.
  • Pursue collection of delinquent assessments.
  • Stay informed on Florida condominium and HOA law developments.

Requirements
