Job summary

Lifetime HOA Management in San Antonio, TX is seeking an experienced HOA Community Manager to oversee multiple associations, build strong relationships with Boards and homeowners, and ensure compliant, professional management across communities.

You will lead governance, financial oversight, vendor management, and operations, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and guiding teams to deliver exceptional living environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of HOA or related property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HOA operations and Texas HOA laws.
• Experience with budgeting, reserves, and capital improvements.
• Excellent customer service, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple communities.
• Experience leading teams and collaborating with Boards and vendors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HOA management software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for multiple HOA communities.
• Lead community and board meetings and prepare agendas and minutes.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and inspections of communities.
• Coordinate vendor contracts, maintenance, and capital projects.
• Monitor financial performance and assist with budgets and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and Texas HOA laws.
