Job summary

Lennar Corporation seeks an HOA Manager to lead community operations across multiple Lennar communities in Florida. The role requires directing HOA/CDD boards, managing budgets, coordinating with external management firms, and ensuring timely customer care and compliance with company goals.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in HOA management, strong budgetary and leadership skills, and a commitment to high‑quality resident service.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years’ experience as an HOA manager overseeing multiple communities and assets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred; high school diploma required.
• Strong coordination with staff, vendors, contracts, and budgets; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record; detail oriented with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all interaction with customers, on-site and off-site management companies, and vendors; ensure timely resolutions.
• Oversee HOA/CDD board operations, budgets, newsletters, events, and resident communications.
• Lead external management teams for clubs and common areas with assets > $50M.
• Create and maintain HOA, club, condominium documents and disclosures; ensure compliance and reporting.
• Coordinate with sales, community reps, and departments to meet community needs and timelines.
• Manage financial analyses including monthly statements, budgets, and cash flow projections.
