Qualifications

• Must have Nevada PILB Guard Card With Armed Endorsement.
• High school diploma or equivalent; security or admin training preferred.
• Experience in access control, security, customer service, or property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control entry/exit points and access systems.
• Verify identity of residents, visitors, and service providers.
• Maintain logs for visitors, deliveries, and vendor access.
• Enforce HOA access rules and procedures consistently.
• Respond to access-related inquiries or incidents.
• Coordinate with on-site security, property management, and local authorities as needed.
• Report suspicious activity or breaches to SOC.
• Assist during emergencies following safety protocols.
• Ensure access control equipment is operational and report malfunctions.
