Dean Dorton is seeking an experienced Tax Associate Director for High Net Worth Individuals to lead a portfolio of complex client engagements and mentor team members in our Tax Services group in Kentucky. You will oversee multi-entity structures, tax planning, and client relationships, delivering strategic advisory and compliance services.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA licensure required.
• Minimum of ten years in tax with high net worth focus.
• Experience with complex returns and multi-entity structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage tax engagements for high net worth individuals and related entities.
• Oversee workflow, deadlines, and client information collection.
• Review complex individual returns and multi-state filings.
• Provide proactive planning on estate, gift, and investment taxes.
• Mentor team members and participate in business development.
