Job summary

Dean Dorton is seeking an experienced Tax Associate Director, High Net Worth Individuals, to lead and manage a portfolio of high net worth clients. You will oversee engagements, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic tax planning across entities and trusts.

This role combines technical tax expertise with leadership and business development, mentoring team members and supporting growth of the HNW practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• CPA licensure required.
• Strong experience with complex individual returns and multi-entity structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client service teams and engagements for high net worth individuals.
• Oversee tax compliance and planning for trusts, estates, partnerships, and S corporations.
• Provide proactive tax planning strategies and advisory services.
• Mentor and develop team members and contribute to business growth.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
