You will design a scalable, controls-focused service model and lead cross-functional collaboration across underwriting, risk, operations, product, and client channels.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in consumer lending, auto finance, underwriting, or credit operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Experience building high-touch service models or premium client support functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, launch, and scaling of the HNW Auto Concierge team within Chase Auto Direct, with funded-loan growth and higher conversion goals.
• Build a premium service model for high-value auto clients, including intake, eligibility, triage, and documentation orchestration.
• Establish an operating model that separates concierge execution from underwriting decisioning.
• Partner with Underwriting, Credit Risk, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Product, Digital, Finance, and Private Client partners as appropriate.
• Define client eligibility tiers, referral channels, service standards, escalation protocols, and performance metrics.
• Create scalable processes, playbooks, SLAs, dashboards, and governance routines for consistent execution.
• Manage a high-performing team of concierge relationship managers, deal coordinators, and controls partners.
• Drive measurable business impact: higher conversion, faster cycle times, and increased funded volume.
• Develop executive reporting for senior leadership on performance trends, bottlenecks, risk indicators, and investment needs.
• Ensure the team maintains strong controls, fair client treatment, documentation quality, and policy adherence.
• Identify opportunities to automate intake, routing, status updates, and reporting as the model scales.
