Job summary

ICF International is seeking an experienced HMIS Analyst to support HMIS administration, data quality, and reporting for homeless services programs. You will work within a team to develop analysis products and ensure data accuracy across partners and funders.

The role emphasizes technical assistance, reporting development, and collaboration across program and policy teams to drive evidence-based decision making and equity in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, CS, information systems, public policy, planning, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with an HMIS software implementation.
• Strong understanding of HMIS report programming specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise for technical assistance projects supporting local efforts to prevent and end homelessness, including data analysis and reporting workflows.
• Develops efficient reports, analytic work products, and system administration tasks; validate data quality checks and monitoring processes.
• Contribute to high-quality reporting and data analytics products, including performance measurement reports and training materials.
• Collaborate across program, policy, and technical teams to align data solutions with best practices and equity goals.
