Job summary

Holland Sharpe is seeking an HMI-savvy operator to keep production moving and aligned with orders. You will operate stacking systems, verify labels, and adjust HMI screens to boost throughput.

Must be able to operate a sit-down forklift, manage order documentation, and communicate effectively with teammates. This role is on 2nd shift in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred: experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven operator background using HMI touch screen interfaces.
• Experience as a sit-down forklift operator.
• Comfort working with Order Numbers and documentation control.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Consistent, positive work history.

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain stacking equipment.
• Stage inputs and load shipping trailers via sit-down forklift.
• Read/verify work orders and product labels for correct matches.
• Set and fine-tune parameters on HMI touch screens.
• Prepare finished product by loading pallets with a cardboard applicator.

• Move material in and finished goods out using a sit-down forklift and load pallets with a cardboard applicator.

Schedule & Training

• 2pm – 12:30
• Training may occur on 1st or 2nd shift.
