Production Equipment Operator

Step into a hands-on role at the heart of a fast-paced manufacturing floor. As a Production Equipment Operator, you'll keep machines running smoothly, support daily output, and contribute to a tight-knit, team-oriented operation.

A day in the life

• Begin your shift with safety checks and a quick handoff with teammates.
• Start up, operate, and closely monitor production equipment for steady performance.
• Perform in-process quality checks to uphold production standards.
• Partner with coworkers to hit production goals and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Keep your area clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.
• Wrap up with documentation and a clean workstation for the next rotation.

Pay and schedule

• 12-hour shifts
• 2-2-3 rotating schedule
• Day and Night shifts available
• Day Shift: $21.50 per hour
• Night Shift: $23.50 per hour
