What You’ll Do

Operate and monitor production equipment across your assigned 12‑hour shift. Apply standard operating procedures and complete quality verifications as scheduled. Identify and elevate equipment concerns before they become downtime. Keep your workstation neat, organized, and audit‑ready. Hit production targets while protecting quality at every step.

What You Bring

Experience running machinery or equipment in manufacturing, agriculture, construction, automotive, or similar settings. Military background a plus—the discipline and teamwork fit perfectly. Track record of sticking with employers, building trust, and advancing over time. Coachability and a commitment to continuous improvement. Physical readiness: 12 hours standing, lift up to 50 lbs, focused from start to finish.

Pay, Shifts, and Perks

• Pay: $21.50–$23.50 depending on shift
