Job summary

Avera Home Medical Equipment is looking for an HME Technician II to deliver, set up, and maintain medical devices such as beds, wheelchairs, and oxygen concentrators at patients' homes or facilities. You will educate patients and caregivers on safe operation, perform routine maintenance, and ensure accurate delivery documentation.

This role requires physical work, the ability to work independently, and on-call availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License required; clean driving record.
• 1–3 years of related work experience preferred; ability to lift and move equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, setup, and maintain medical devices at patients' homes or care facilities.
• Educate patients and caregivers on proper equipment use and safety.
• Perform routine cleaning, safety checks, and complete delivery documentation.
