This role requires physical work, independent activity, and on-call availability. You will drive, assemble devices on-site, manage documentation, and assist with billing while adhering to regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• High School or GED Equivalent or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Drivers License - Licensing Board Upon Hire.
• Experience with Medical Equipment 1-3 years of related work experience.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain working knowledge of current HME products and regulations.
• Transport equipment safely using company vehicles and coordinate deliveries and pick-ups.
• Assemble medical devices on-site and provide clear demonstrations to patients.
• Complete documentation for equipment setups, deliveries, and pickups.
• Process transactions including new customer registration, sales orders, transfers, deposits, returns.
• Understand reimbursement guidelines and obtain necessary signatures for proper reimbursement.
• Conduct home visits for equipment quality checks and ensure safe use.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs per manufacturer guidelines.
• Clean and decontaminate equipment per instructions and infection control protocols.
• Be available for on-call assignments after hours or weekends.
