Job summary

AdaptHealth is recruiting for a Sales Support Representative in Omaha, NE. The role involves processing patient orders, educating patients and caregivers about equipment, and coordinating referrals and billing in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with multiple teams to promote services, ensure HIPAA compliance, and assist with marketing activities and referral sources. A high school diploma and healthcare or sales exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years’ work-related experience health care, customer service, delivery personnel with sales component or entry level sales is required.
• Prior work experience in the HME, Diabetic or Wound Supply is preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill patient orders, ensure documentation and delivery instructions are accurate.
• Train and educate patients and caregivers on equipment use and services.
• Inform patients about rights and contact the billing department; collect feedback via surveys.
• Discuss insurance coverage and arrange payment of patient’s financial responsibility.
