Qualifications

• Experience in HME, Diabetic or Wound Supply is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill patient orders with accurate delivery instructions.
• Train patients and caregivers on equipment use and address inquiries.
• Explain patient rights, contact points, and billing processes.
• Discuss insurance coverage and collect patient financial responsibility.
• Obtain signatures for documentation and referrals.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize delivery and service.
